Description
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation number is Q9796080106. This solicitation documents incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-23, dated 26 December 2007. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: http://farsite.hill.af.mil and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 423910, the Size Standard is 100 employees. This requirement is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The National Park Service, Alaska Regional Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of supplying and delivering a 22 - 24 foot all aluminum Patrol Vessel (Turn-Key Operational). This requirement is FOB Destination. The Vessel shall meet or exceed the following salient characteristics and equipment: All aluminum construction with the following minimums thicknesses: 0.190 bottom of vessel and 0.125 side walls of vesselFull hard top cabin with both rear and front walk through doorsExtended transomColor: Flat grey or silver preferredInternal fuel tank with a minimum of 70 gallon capacityLocking rear storage areaLight bar over hard top of cabinCockpit drainsThe following equipment shall be installed and operational at time of delivery:VHF radio, GPS/depth finder, two (2) bilge pumps, windshield wipers, tachometer, fuel gauges all required USGC safety equipment, anchor with rope/chain, and service manuals for all installed equipment and electronics.Twin 115 horse power Evinrude E-Tec (Brand Name only) Outboard enginesBoat trailer: Trailer requirements shall be selected by the quoters.
