Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Bids will be accepted on an all or none basis. The solicitation number is F3Z0458193AG01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26, Defense DCN 20080812, AFAC 2008-0605. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 442291. The business size standard is $6.5 million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7210. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5714. This request for quotation consists of the following items: 0001: 1 EA. Chapel Curtains - West Wall 8'6" high x 13'5" wide 0002: 3 EA. Chapel Curtains - North Wall 12" high x 8'5" wide 0003: 1 EA. Chapel Curtains - North Wall 15' high x 8'5" wide 0004: 1 EA. Chapel Curtains - North Wall 6' high x 8'2" wide 0005: 1 EA. Curtain Installation 0006: 1 EA. Curtain Tracks/Rods/Misc Equipment Material to be furnished: Chamois with ivory lining (produced by Uffner Textiles Corp.) Or Equal. Color to be coordinated with wing chaplain. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA).
