Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to the University of Georgia, Department of Biochemistry, Life Sciences Building, 621 Graduate Studies, Athens, GA 30602 for crystallographic services, training and support, including 500 hours access to highly specialized instrumentation and professional staff. The University of Georgia shall provide CDC/NCIRD scientists with access to instruments and professional technical assistance. Consequently, it is believed that the University of Georgia is the sole source vendor having the capabilities which will meet the Governments requirements. It is the intent of CDC to award a purchase order to the University of Georgia. This procurment will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302(a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agenecy requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
