Description

MODELSIM FLOATING LICENSE AND SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for a floating license for ModelSim PE Plus software, and 1 year of software maintenance, to Technical Systems Integrators, 500 Winderley Place, Maitland FL 32751. Anticipated award date is 25 August 2008. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 511210, small business size standard: $25M. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
