Description
A. Please specify business type (Large, Small, 8a, etc.) B. The work requires an authorized Lenel Value Added Reseller to provide and install software upgrades on a server containing LENEL Fire & Securitys OnGuard software, perform annual test & inspection and provide preventative maintenance, remedial and emergency repairs throughout the contract year. All management, labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation are required to install the current authorized upgrade for the server containing LENEL OnGuard software. LENEL Professional Engineering Support Services are needed to inspect and certify the LENEL OnGuard system to LENELs quality standard. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PM): Preventative maintenance is required on the existing OnGuard system to ensure continuous operation 24/7, 365 days of the year. Quarterly preventative maintenance should be designed to ensure system uptime 99% of the time. At a minimum, all panels, all readers, and all sensors are to be checked in every mode.EQUIP TYPE: ALARM, QTY: 3EQUIP TYPE: ALARM INPUT, QTY: 30EQUIP TYPE: AUX INPUT, QTY: 3EQUIP TYPE: ISC PANEL, QTY: 32EQUIP TYPE: READER, QTY: 149EQUIP TYPE: SERVER, QTY: 5EQUIP TYPE: PRINTER, QTY: 1 REMEDIAL REPAIRS: The Contractor must be on-site within twenty four (24) hours after notification. Repairs need to be completed within three (3) working days after initial response unless a longer time is permitted by the COR. If a repair cannot be accomplished within eight (8) hours after arrival on-site, the Contractor must notify the COR of the delay and advise the COR on the projected estimated time to complete repairs. EMERGENCY REPAIRS: The Contractor must be on-site within four (4) hours after notification. Repairs must be completed within four (4) hours after arrival on-site. PARTS: All critical consumable spare parts need to be available on-island for possible use under the terms of this contract. Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of replaced parts and/or materials upon repair completion. Disposal of parts/materials shall be in accordance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
