Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as as a request for quotation (RFQ) W91LE%8155J249. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect trhough Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-aside, Size standards 100 employees. The applicable NAICS is337211. The items requested are as follow: Item Number 1. Display Case Traditional 60 inches by 18 inches by 77 inches solid oak wood, medium oak, color chart from company for color compassion request, 4 glass shelves adjustable up and down. Lights are inclosed for display sliging doors, lockable levelers for uneven floors, clear tempered safety glass. Quantity 1 each. Number 2. Display Case Counter Height, tempered safety glass, solid oak wood, medium oak color, color chart to request to compare color for matching surround glass, glass top clear, one glass shelf, sliding doors lockable 48 inches w X 18 inches deep X 40 inches. Number 3. Conference Table to accomodate seating for 12 to 14 persons. 14 foot long, contemporary style color medium cherry, provide color chart to compare color, solid wood construction. Radius edge, wire management required for teleconference. 2 inch think edge. Quantity 1 Each. Number 4. Confernece Chairs. Executive high chair 26 and one half inches W X 31 and one half inces in depth x 49 and one half inches high. Black leather, dual wheel casters, black base, 360 degree swivel, lumbar support, pneumatic seat height adjustment, tilt, tension and tilt lock. Leather padded arms adjustable, grade of leather A, 3 inch padding on seating. Quantity 12 each. Number 5. Shipping. Quantity 1 Lot. The 52.212-1, Instrudtions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda. Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors, technically acceptable, delivery and price. The contract will be awarded to tthe offeror that provides the best value to the government.
