- Complete solicitation packages may be obtained directly from LDI Printing by calling (770) 939-5277. All charges for solicitation packages are nonrefundable. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. Also you can check the website www.reprodox.net/usps/atlanta. The US Postal Service only accepts proposals from General Contractors. If you are a subcontractor, you will need to go to the website listed above and obtain the offerors list and submit your proposals directly to the General Contractors. This solicitation invites proposals for roof replacement at the Orlando FL P & DC. The work includes, but is not limited to, removing the existing modified bitumen roof system and any damaged light weight concrete; mechanically fasten a vented based sheet to the existing light weight concrete, adhere 2.8” of non tapered polyisocvanurate rigid insulation to the vented base sheet followed by a gypsum roof board adhered to the rigid insulation; raised the height of existing roof drains and pour new 0 to 2” sloped sumps with Pyrofil over the existing light weight concrete sumps; add a combination of new emergency overflow drains scuppers and associated piping to meet the current Florida Building Code Requirements; remove and reinstall existing mechanical units on existing curbs, new PVC condensate lines and supports will be added for the HVAC units. The existing power vents will also be removed and reinstalled on the existing curbs. If necessary, raise existing vents stacks to 8” minimum above the new finished roof height; torch apply a granular surfaced modified bitumen cap sheet to two modified bitumen interplay sheets torch applied to the new rigid insulation system. Install new non-corrosive coping caps, expansion joint caps, counter flashing and miscellaneous metal flashing. Bonds must be received within 10 days from receipt of Intent to Award. Cost range: $2,500,000 - $3,500,000 Construction. You obtain this from your insurance company. •You must have the ability to provide appropriate bonding and sufficient insurance..
