Description
This is solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals may be submitted electronically to the following email address: Patricia.R.Johnson@uscg.mil. The United States Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for “Valves.” 1. NSN: 4820-01-167-9444, Valve, 1 1/4" IPS, Gate, Bronze 1 1/4" size, 4 5/8" outside diameter, "ASA" flange 1/2" bolt hole, 225 psI wog, outside screw yoke, bronze body, monel rising stem, monel disc and seat. CRANE PART NO. 13060 1-1/4, (QTY 24 EACH). 2. NSN: 4820-01-564-0959, Valve, Ball: 3" full port wafer type ball valve; press; 150 psi; 316 stainless steel body; trim tfm 1600 seats; alloy 20 ball, used on 47' mlb seawater system, class 150 flanged ends. KINGTRON PART NO. 135SJWPPPPPR5-HSV, (QTY 36 EACH). 3. NSN: 4810-01-511-3173, Valve, Linear, directional control stack type directional valve. Primary relief 3000 psi, 35 gpm. Handle kit included end item identification hyradulic anchor windlass, Part no. x2317, used aboard 175 ft WLM Coast Guard Vessels. Special features, mobile stack type, directional control valve; inlet standard closed center; directional control section, low boy section(port options not available with this section); Spool operation spring centered; Port options high boy not machined for port options both "A" and "B"; standard end cover; standard section with no optional compensator pressure control, Soldi pressure compensator spool available in lb, hb, hbp, and hbr sections with standard main spool maximum work port flow 35 gpm. REXROTH PART NO. MP18-10/C/LB/3AZZOA/L. (QTY 4 EACH) This solicitation is Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. Items will be awarded F.O.B destination, delivery to USCG ELC, Warehouse Receiving Room Bldg. 88, at 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD. 21226. Potential sources desiring to furnish other than parts described are required to submit the following information: 1) Complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptability of the offered parts (i.e. salient physical, functional and serviceability characteristics) or 2) Data that the offered parts have been satisfactorily manufactured for the government or the original equipment manufacturer. This data must include sufficient information to allow the Coast Guard to evaluate the proposal relative to the above requirement. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate the capability to accomplish the above and are to supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. Award may be made within 4-5 days of this announcement. The award for this requirement will be based on a ALL OR NONE decision. Price and Delivery are the evaluation factors. This is a commercial acquisition subject to the evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for items individually packed, marked and bar coded, “as noted below,” the company Tax Identification Number and Duns Number. Offerors or must also fill out and return FAR Clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (JUNE 2003). Quotations shall be received no later than February 1, 2008, All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received shall be considered by this agency. Award will be based on Price and Performance Date. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are that in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC-2001-26, and FAR subpart 4.12 ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS, the use of ORCA is mandatory as of January 1, 2005. ORCA is available through Business Partner Network (BPN), www.bpn.gov Contractors will use ORCA to electronically submit annual representations and certifications (REP & CERTS). Contractors will no longer be required to submit hard copies of ORCA, they must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record and a marketing partner identification number (MPIN).
