Interested parties should include their company name, point of contact, address, telephone number(s), email address and reference the solicitation number GS-10P-08-LSD-0047.******* General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Regions, has a requirement for Janitorial, Grounds Maintenance, Operations and Maintenance Services at the U.S. Border Station, at Metaline Falls, Washington. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to assure effective performance of services. This building open seven days a week has 4,550 gross square feet. GSA intends to establish an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery, firm-fixed price, performance-based contract, which consists of a three-year base with a potential two-year option period. The start date is March 1, 2009. Anticipated award date is on or about December 1, 2008. This acquisition is being considered for a total Small Business set-aside. If your firm is a Small Business and intends to propose on this acquisition, please provide the following information via email to the Contracting Officer no later than August 13, 2008: 1)Business name and DUNS 2)Capability statement Based on the responses, the Contracting Officer will make a determination whether or not to make this a Small Business set-aside. If there is not a reasonable expectation of adequate competition as a Small Business set-aside, the acquisition will be conducted as a full and open competition. It is the responsibility of offerors to monitor www.fedbizoppos.gov for the release of the solicitation, any amendments and additional information. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
