- Timber stand exam services on the Cottage Grove, North Umpqua and Tiller Ranger Districts of the Umpqua National Forest. Contract performance period is September, 2008 through December, 2010. This is an indefinite quantities type contract. The minimum ordering amount is $70,000 and the total maximum ordering amount will not exceed $100,000. Offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire regarding technical capabilities, past performance, and project administration; Award evaluation criteria include technical capability and past performance history in addition to price; Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Solicitation documents should be available on-line on or about August 11, 2008.
