DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a Small Business Set-Aside to upgrade RightNow Technologies eService Center. Professional services to upgrade the RNT eService Center from the current production version 7.5.X to the most recent version "May 08". The following services are included: Assistance in upgrading the RMT eService Center in three environments: test, redundant and production. Assistance in configuring the new software based on current requirements. Project Management fo the upgrade efforts. Theree day workshop (focus on key upgrade topics and best practices) Companies who cna rpovide the above listed software upgrade must complet the solicitation, HC1028-08-T-0118 available at http://www.fbo.gov/. The resultant contract will be a not to exceed purchase/delivery order.
