This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 446199. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. However, this solicitation is set aside for small businesses. It is the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs; Augusta GA to procure Acoustic Systems Double Wall Exam Room, quotes should reflect installation charges for the double wall booth, fees to disassemble ICS rotary Chair less any trade-in allowance for the 1AC-402A Booth which includes disassembly and removal.
