- The Bureau of Land Management Moore Field Station through the BLM New Mexico State Office has a requirement for routine Wild Horse and Burro veterinary services including associated supplies on agreed-upon, designated days and on an as-needed basis at the Pauls Valley Adoption Center, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Required workload is expected to vary seasonally and, at times, may be required seven days a week. Services must be available at the site within 6 hours of notification. Contractor is required to hold a veterinary license in the State of Oklahoma, USDA accredited for issuing interstate health certificates, and skilled in handling and treating non-domesticated, large animals. Some of the tasks required include de-worming, vaccination, blood sample collections, and associated documentation. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include technical capability and approach to meet the government need; price; and past performance. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price.
