Description

This requirement is for installation of a natural gas co-generation system (roughly 500 kW) to be installed at the Phillip Burton FB & USCH, 450 Golden Gate Ave., San Francisco, CA. The performance period will be approximately one year. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (FAR 19.10) for NAICS 238210. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. A solicitation will be posted to this site in the near future. Specifications and drawings will be provided through FBO's "explicit access" feature. Only offerors who have submitted a document security agreement (which may be submitted as a PDF by email) will be given access to these documents. This agreement is being posted separately. A pre-proposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for Monday August 11, 2008, at 450 Golden Gate Ave., San Francisco, CA at 10:00 AM Pacific time. Room is TBD. Attendees should bring government issued ID and allow a few minutes go get through building security. Offers are due August 27, 2008, 12 Noon Pacific time. Instructions will be included in the solicitation documents which will be posted on this site.
