- The VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach California intends to enter into a sole source contract with Woodmere Road Production, Inc. 2875 Kelton Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90064 for suicide prevention program at VA Greater Los Angels Healthcare System. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Request for Quotation (RFQ) is VA-262-08-RQ-0372AB. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 624190. The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System requires a creation of an interactive video as a strategy to train health care providers in identifying veterans at risk for suicide. The video will be used to train all health care providers through GLAH to improve their assessment of suicide risks.. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all proposals received by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Friday, August 01, 2008. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document other than this exists and no telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
