Description

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to conduct a sole source procurement with Partners In Leadership, LLC. for updated course material for a curriculum entitled “Oz Principle Accountability”, to be used to train employees in the organization. The contractor shall provide all training materials and refresher certification. The IRS previously adopted the Oz Principle Accountability ideas into its corporate culture. As a result, Partners in Leadership, LLC then developed and designed the Oz Principle Accountability training course for IRS. The course was tailored specifically for the IRS to achieve resulted-oriented accountability in the workplace. This Notice is not a Request for Quote and no solicitation will be publicized. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This acquisition is being solicited and awarded in accordance with FAR 13. Interested parties may provide a written response to this Notice, to be received by the IRS by no later than 4:00 P.M., July 29, 2008. Responses that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government will be considered. However the final decision lies solely with the Government in this matter. Any questions should be directed to Margaret Baker, Contract Specialist, in writing, via e-mail: Margaret.Baker@irs.gov. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, IRS will negotiate and award a contract on a sole source basis to Partners in Leadership, LLC.
