- NAICS Code: 541430 NAICS Code:541430. The US Environmental Protection Agency - National Decontamination Team (EPA-NDT) in Erlanger, Kentucky has three 53' mobile chemistry laboratory trailers, a 36' mobile chemistry trailer, a Ford 550 truck, and a 53' mobile chemistry lab bus, all locatedin EPA's NDT Warehouse in Erlanger, KY. EPA is in search of a small business entity who is skilled in the removal of lettering and logos from the aforementioned vehicles and the application of EPA Logo (flower) on to the vehicles. The small business must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) prior to award of purchase order. The CCR Website is: www.ccr.gov The area where the lettering/logos are removed must be buffed and cleaned in such a way that little or no "ghosting" of what was there can be seen. Once all of the previous lettering and logos are removed from each of the six vehicles, the round US EPA Emergency Response (flower) logo needs to be applied to both doors of the truck and both sides and the roof of the trailers and bus. A digital logo will be provided by EPA. The lettering to be removed reads as follows: "Homeland Security" on the doors of the trucks and "Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency, Portable High-Throughput Integrated Laboratory Identification System" on the sides of the trailers. The lettering is 17" x 7" on both doors of the Ford 550 truck; 30" x 12" in two locations and 35" x 4" in two other locations on the three trailers; 36' x 15" in two locations and 40" x 5" in two other locations of the 36' trailers; 84" x 12" on two locations of the bus. ALL work must be done on-site at the EPA Emergency Response Warehouse in Erlanger, KY.
