Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Hardware/Software Branch, Software Section, (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Computer Corporation of America, 500 Old Connecticut Path #4, Framingham, MA 01701-4587 for DISA CSD Logistics, Chambersburg. This acquisition is for the procurement of CCA software license maintenance. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. The Period of Performance is 01 Oct 2008 through 30 Sep 2009. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFP not later than 5 Aug 2008 via the following address: maria.meyer@disa.mil.
