Statement of Objectives Scope: The contractor shall be providing services and materials in support of ARNG Recruiting and Retention programs. Background: The PRISM interactive game was developed to increase NPS leads among the target market of 17-24 year olds. The PRISM product has just finished the gold master of the game with both single-player and multiplayer levels. Specifics Objectives: The multiplayer level portion of the game requires player matching and bandwidth services in order to function. Over the past year the number of individuals playing the multiplayer version of the game has steadily increased. With the release of new levels for both single-player and multiplayer, the government requires player matching, bandwidth and network associated services. The contractor shall also recommend a plan for follow-on gaming levels/environments which could be used. The host webpage on both the www.prismthegame.com and the www.1800GoGuard.com URLs remains the same. The contractor should use previous historical information in planning their response to the RFP. The contractor shall develop a plan for marketing, NTE $10K, which maximizes game play and encourages referrals. The contractor should ensure that the recommendation is all-inclusive. For example if the plan is for direct shipment of items to registering game players, then the contractor should include all costs in their proposal. It is expected that various ODCs (shipping, hardware/software, LAN, etc.) will be required in support of this contract. Based upon previous estimates this should not exceed $10K. All ODCs should directly relate to the PRISM game support package. Period of Performance: The contractor will propose based upon a one-year period of performance.
