- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; therefore, a written solicitation will not be issued. The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking potential quoters for a Small Business Set-Aside request for the following: SCOPE OF WORK. Lawn Tractor. I. Purpose of Contract: The purpose of this contract is to purchase one (1) lawn tractor and trade-in three (3) existing lawn tractors. II. Objective: The contractor will agree to deliver the new lawn tractor and pickup three existing lawn tractors that will be traded-in. The trade-in value will be deducted off the value of the new lawn tractor. III. Government Furnished Property, Facilities, and Services. The Red Lake Hospital will provide the three lawn tractors to be traded-in. IV. Contractor Furnished Equipment, Facilities, and Services. The Contractor shall deliver the following lawn tractor to the Red Lake Hospital located at 24760 Hospital Drive Red Lake, MN 56671. V. Statement of Work: The contractor will deliver the new lawn tractor and pick-up three trade-in lawn tractors as stated above. The contractor is encouraged to schedule an onsite visit to verify the condition of the trade-in lawn tractors. The contact person shall be: Ken Ramondo, Facilities Engineer, (218) 679-0133. VI. Technical Requirements: New Lawn Tractor shall be same or equal to: Make: John Deere, Model: 1600 Turbo Commercial Wide Area Mower, Fuel system: Diesel, Cab: Cab system, quick cab mounting system, clear tempered glass, emergency exit window, locking open side windows, windshield wiper. Mirrors: Exterior rearview mirrors. Fan: Console-mounted pressurized fan/heater with directional louvers, Environment: Air Conditioning, Extended Warranty: Full Machine 48 months or 2250 Hours. Trade-in Lawn Tractor-Make: Toro 455D Groundmaster Wing Mower, Model: 50395, Serial #: 30455, Hours: 867.9, Attachments: 72" PTO snow blower, Model number 103090, Serial Number 9951374 120" Brush. Trade-in Lawn Tractor: Make: Pro Line 120, Model #: 30610, Serial #: 490744, Hours: 747.6, Attachments: Snow Blower, Serial Number 30761-590130. Trade-in Lawn Tractor: Make: John Deere 318, ID #: M00318X324599. Those that are interested in submitting a quote, the quote shall contain the following: Price for each item listed above, and the trade in value for the 3 trade-ins, Duns & Bradstreet Number, Tax ID Number, Delivery Time, Shipping & Handling cost.
