Description

The issue date for the following solicitation is July 22, 2008. The U.S. Postal Service intends to issue a design-build contract from the selected contractors for the construction of a new Main Office in Moorpark, CA. The new facility is approximately 5,280 GSF on a USPS-leased site of one acre. Questions during the proposal period including questions involving any actual or apparent conflicts in the solicitation documents should be sent via e-mail to amit.bhatia@usps.gov or be faxed to Amit Bhatia at 650-615-7243. Completion of this project is 210 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed and has an estimated cost range of $1,720,000 to $2,000,000. A pre-proposal conference will NOT be held. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award.
