Description
Washington Headquarters Service intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements to Data View Inc., 7 Great Vly Pkwy Ste 200, Malvern, PA 19355-1425, for the patented Data View Visual Knowledge Solution that will be used to develop an organizational structure that will integrate and merge two Pentagon Force Protection Agency Directorates; which is required for emergency response and communication with the Federal Bureau of Investigations. This tool must be able to integrate these two organizations utilizing user-defined objects, user-defined graphics, user-defined rules that are connected to data as time goes by or as the data changes or object is moved it will display a graphical depiction that dynamically shows the change. And to query multiple data sources, analyze the detailed information, and create sensory visual objects and graphics from this analysis that can interact with each other, providing rapid comprehension and predictive analysis. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; you may forward your companies Capability Statement. The capability statement shall include the following: a. Past Performance for same or similar projects; b. Dollar amount and volume of projects performed; c. Current Security Clearance status. Incomplete capability statements will not be honored. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding to this requirement, no later than July 22, 2008. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these items. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via email if the total file size is less than 5MB.
