- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation number is FA5575-08-T-0005, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 238330 DESCRIPTION: Provide Mini Split Air Conditioning Unit and Accessories to Moron AB, Spain. REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to provide the following services: CLIN 0001 - Mini Split Air Conditioning Units. 18000 BTU cooling and 21600 BTU Heating capabilities required. *Friedrich model - M18YF or equal* CLIN 0002 - 30 Foot Line Sent Copper Tubing for Mini Split Air Conditioning Unit listed in CLIN 0001, Suction line 1/4 inch, Liquid Line 1/2 inch. *A.M Royal model 141230 or equal* CLIN 0003 - Wall Brackets with Bar and Damper Kit for 18000 BTU or Larger Mini Split Air Conditioning Unit listed in CLIN 0001. Must accommodate the following dimension: Width - 31 ½ inches, Height - 16 ½ inches, Depth 15" *Sauermann model BSB380-110/BVD40 or equal* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Include your DUNS number, CAGE or NATO CAGE code in your quote. To obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, visit www.ccr.gov. All quotes shall be FOB Destination to Moron AB, Spain. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Building 1301 at Moron AB, Spain. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Items shall be delivered 30 days ADC.
