- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for the purchase of Dual Tracking Transducer Pod Assemblies in accordance with NAVSEA drawings (53711-7608222, 53711-7608682, 53711-7608092, 53711-7608225, 53711-7608679and 53711-7608223) and associated documents. This procurement will be solicited and awarded as a fixed price contract for a quantity of ten (10). Inspection and acceptance is at source. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Drawings Referenced in this Solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and are ONLY available to vendors/contractors appointed Data Custodian that is registered with DLIS (Defense Logistics Info Svc Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors/Contractors Data Custodians that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ or by phone at 888 352-9333. Restricted Drawings and Technical Information will only be available via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. To obtain information from FBO, vendor/contractor must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR), have a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) and the appointed Data Custodian must be FBO registered. Registration instructions can be found on the website, https://www.fbo.gov. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 332721 and a size standard of 500 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 30 July 2008. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation will be 31 Aug 2008. The RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to diane.kostelecky@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation (3) and ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov/). No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. Notes 1, 8, and 26 applies.
