- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for Developmemt, Testing and Validation of MathematicalModels, Statistical Techniques; Development, Implementation and Maintenance of SoftwareTools; and Database Management and Computer Programming.Please see Online RFQ for all related attachments.This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation,which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and awritten solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are required to use the On-Line RFQsystem to submit their quote. The On-line RFQ system is linked above or it may beaccessed at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=. Theinformation required by FAR Subpart 12.6 is included in the on-line RFQ.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This procurementis being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and will beawarded under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain CommercialItems.Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing to YOLANDA WILLIAMS,(email preferred), via email at Yolanda.A.Williams@nasa.gov, fax at 301-286-1720, notlater than July 23, 2008, Eastern Standard Time (ET).
