Description

The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the LF Vehicle Ground Point Repair located on 20 LF sites throughout the Malmstrom AFB missile complex. Work provides a new vehicle grounding point and making the old grounding point unusable. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials to execute and satisfy the requirements of this contract in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The Performance Period for this project is 120 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 26 July 2008. The Request For Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. The Notice to Proceed may be issued within 30 days after award. Winter exclusion period will take effect from 1 November 2008 through 30 April 2009. This acquisition is open to both large and small businesses in accordance with FAR 19.10 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://www.ccr.gov ). Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil for registration.
