- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement to purchase Roof Inspection Service for FORT RILEY, KANSAS 66442 Extended Description: Roof Inspection Services, Contract will be FFP FOB Destination. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-18 dated 30 June 2007. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 541350 with a size standard of $6.0m. There are twelve (12) contract lines item (0001) through (3004), for a base and three option years. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by electronic fund transfer (EFT). You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:(1)Technical(2)Past-Performance (3)Price. Technical and past performances are equally important. Technical and past performances, when combined, are more important than price. Price is the least important.
