- Description
- Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work in accordance with the specifications and drawings, specified herein, or as needed to fully Construct 1 SOMDG Bio-Environmental Facility. This project is for the construction of a 3,000 SF facility that includes selective demolition, site work, structural steel, pre-engineered metal building, pre-finished metal fascia and soffits, masonry, finish carpentry, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, finish hardware, interior gypsum board partitions, gypsum board ceilings, ceramic tile, sealed concrete, painting, plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler system, and electrical. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. A site visit will be scheduled approximately 15 days from the solicitation issue date. This acquisition is a HUBZone set aside. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
