Description

Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Contract Support Office, HDI Federal Center, Attn: DCSO-B Randy Powell, 74 Washington Avenue North, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3092 Special notice to award a brand name order to Symon Communications Inc.,300 N. Central Expressway, Suite 175, Plano, TX 75074. The Defense Logistics Informations Service (DLIS) requires upgrade/maintenance for Symon Hardware and Software listed below. Support required as follows: DESCRIPTION QTY UNIT Labor to install SES 10 Software, Design Studio, 40 Hr 11 Symon Digital Appliance, and upgrade Symon Wallboard application and move to Windows Server 2003 platform. Travel and Per Diem Costs per Joint Travel Regulations 01 Ea To HDI Federal Center Battle Creek In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, award will be made to Symon as they are the manufacturer of the hardware/software and are the only known source who can provide this support. If there are any other firms who can satisfy this requirement, please submit a proposal by close of business 11 Jul 2008.
