- REQUIREMENT : The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 7,000 USF/8,050 RSF ANSI/BOMA area square feet of contiguous office and related space, along with 7 surface parking spaces in Olympia, WA. Requested space must be fully-serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for occupancy by June 1, 2009 or sooner.. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. DELINEATED AREA : North: State Street; South: 16 th Street/Maple Par; East: Plum Street; West: Water Street LEASE TERM : Lease term is ten (10) years with a firm term of five (5) years. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST : If you desire to submit a location for consideration, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, July 25, 2008.
