- Solicitation number SPM4A7-08-R-1543, NSN 1270-01-184-2990, PR 0016697583, Prism Assembly, for AV-8B aircraft. This is a part numbered item and is unrestricted, other than full and open competition. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Approved source is GE Aviation Services LLC, CAGE 058R3, P/N C1606-001. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 8 each to New Cumberland, PA. 100% quantity option applies. FOB Destination with Inspection & Acceptance Destination. Requested delivery is 240 days. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on 23 July 2008, with a closing date of 22 August 2008. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https:/www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS homepage under the Solicitations tab, select RFPs, then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPS are in portable document format (PDF).
