- Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: PR NO: IQC08179009011 this solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Source of supply is Mil Spec., Inc. (57368), Part Number MR0001. This is a critical application item. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6105-01-444-3849, 36 day’s delivery. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
