- 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. To provide living history and educational support services of professionally trained personnel with experience in the conduct of museum and historic site educational programs for the purpose of executing two large scale educational programs; The Market at Washingtonburg and Army heritage Day, on the Army Heritage Trail at AHEC. Exact dates will be listed in the RFP. The Contractor shall manage all technical and administrative tasks associated with the planning, initiation, execution, and completion of the educational and public program support for the Market at Washingtonburg for the AHEC. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, staff, transportation and program support materials as needed, to fully carry out the requirements set forth in this Statement of Work. The Contractor shall provide professionally trained, experienced staff possessing the skills, knowledge, and training to satisfactorily perform the services required by this contract. This requirement includes a base period and four(4) one year options.The due date listed herein for receipt of proposals is approximate and subject to change based on actual issuance date.
