- The Installation Contracting Command at White Sands Missile Range, NM intends to award a contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to Fluke Electronics, 6920 Seaway Blvd., Everett, WA 98203. We have a requirement for the repair and calibration of one each 5520A Fluke Calibrator. The work required is proprietary and not available from any other vendor.
