- PR18935338. This is a Firm Fixed Quantity Contract for one NSN: 6615-00-778-7495, Pickoff, Matched Set manufactured in accordance with Drawing number 89954. The quantity is 125 each. This item is not a CSI item. This requirement will be restricted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The item is not commercial. Required delivery is 103 days ARO of sooner. Inspection/Acceptance and FOB: DESTINATION. Stock Locations are within the Continental United Stated. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available at CFolders. Restricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the issue date via the BSM DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS): at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue dated cited in the RFP.
