Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) hereby solicits your Request for Quote (RFQ) to satisfy the requirements as set forth in the subject RFQ for: 1. Maintenance, training, and medical oversight of program management and physician medical oversight. QTY. Two hundred fifteen (215) 2. American Heart Association Training Course HeartSaver First Aid, CPR Four (4) hour, two (2) Year certification adult and child CPR, obstructed airway, defibrillator training for up to 5 students. QTY. One hundred thirty-two (132). Over five (5) students and up to ten (10) students can be trained at an additional cost. 3. Electrode Pads- QTY. Two hundred sixty-four (264) set The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611699. This RFQ is Full and Open Competition. Your quotation must be received by the date and time specified. Close date JULY 13, 2008 8:00AM EST. Any questions regarding this requirement must be submitted in writing no later than JULY 07, 2008 4:00 PM EST.
