Description

Arnold AFB, TN has the following requirement for replacement of the HVAC system at Warehouse 1. This project consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor for removal of ductwork, diffusers, VAVs, piping, condensate pump, hot water pump, ceiling, lighting, fire detection, and chiller control valve. Project also includes the replacement of ductwork, diffusers, VAVs, piping, ceiling, lighting, fire detection, modification to sprinkler system and chiller control valve. This project will be in accordance with these specifications, applicable drawings, and contract documents. Work is to be done at Warehouse 1, Building 1476, Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The period of performance is 18 weeks after notice to proceed. Disclosure of Magnitude of construction Project is between $250,000-$500,000. NOTICE: Award of a contract will be in accordance with FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor received notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
