Replace approximately 120 linear feet, as needed, of fascia board at varius areas of the gymnasium. Replace flashings where fascia boards are placed. Theatre - Replacae the roof membrane and roof insulation with 2=inch extruded, high density, polystyrene roof insulation and 60 mil EPDM adhered roof membrane. Approximately 3,825 square feet.
