- Request for Quotation No. Q8C5AA0010 was issued June 20, 2008. The RFQ scheduled due date is June 30, 2008. Amendment (1) to RFQ No. Q8C5AA0010 extends the scheduled due date to July 10, 2008; (2) the number of training workshops are changed from two, four and one-half dys, hands on technical assistance training to reflect one(1) session on the Fundamentals of Construction Management to Historically Black Colleges and their Community Development Corporations (Washington DC - October 6-10, 2008). iAmendment No. 1 will be issued to all requested offeror via-e-mail.
