- PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition and Procurement Office. Department of Defense, 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301-1155 has a requirement to provide On-Site Badging Operations for the Pentagon Force Protection Agency’s Security Services Directorate. This requirement will provide services in the following areas: Visitor Control Support, Common Access Card Issuance Support and Badge System Operator Support. The Contractor will be required to perform according to the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work. The agency intends to award a firm-fixed price contract with a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611 and the corresponding dollar standard is $6.5 million. Competition for this award is Total Small Business Set-aside. In addition, WHS-APO will evaluate all written responses to the solicitation. Offerors will be evaluated on the following factors: Experience, Past Performance and Price. Solicitation HQ0034-08-R-1079 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or after July 10, 2008. Interested parties are required to download the RFP and all related documents from this website. No printed copies of the RFP will be available.
