- This is a notice of intent, not a request for proposal. A solicitation document will not be issued and proposals will not be requested. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to negotiate and award a basic purchase order, on a non-competitive basis to Martin P. Einert, 110 Wyoming, Boulder City, NV, 89005, for specialized planning consultation services. Mr. Einert is a civil engineer with 35 years of experience in planning and evaluating water resource management projects. As a former planner for Reclamation's Lower Colorado Regional Office, Mr Eienert gained detailed knowledge of Lower Colorado Regional water resource management issues, as well as an intimate knowledge of, and experience with, managing projects through the planning process. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The anticipated award date is July 1, 2008.
