Description

SYNOPSIS MODIFICATION --The purpose of this synopsis modification is to provide corrections and clarifications. --- CLARIFICATIONS 1. Clause L.15 – Notice About Quantities is hereby corrected to reference CLIN 01 in the first paragraph and CLINS 03, 04, 05, 06, and 07 in the second paragraph to match the revised line item numbers in Attachment 1 – Schedule of Items / Services and Prices. 2. The Government would like to reiterate that references in this solicitation or synopsis to any specific brand name materials for proposal pricing purposes is not an endorsement of those specific brands and does not preclude the offeror from proposing entirely different brand product options in the technical proposal. The brand name products, or equal, are referenced solely for the purpose of establishing a consistent and level playing field for the Attachment 1 pricing. These prices are the basis upon which pricing adjustments for proposed products are made in the offerors price adjustment strategy. 3. Lastly, the Government has determined that for the materials indicated on the AD specificatioin data sheet (attached), Avery Dennison FT 1125 HLP adhesive is determined to be an "or equal" product to the 3M 350-9485PC adhesive, which the Government has specified for pricing purposes, only, in the solicitation.
