- This requirement is for the procurement of Flight Control System Test Set. NSN: 4920-01-126-1759RN, P/N: AS111694 or 912476-5-1. Basic Quantity: 6 ea. Option 1: 1-10ea. New/Used or Used/Overhauled Government Surplus is acceptable. Technical Manual Updates are required.Destination: Shaw AFB, S.C and Hill AFB, UT. Delivery Schedule: 365 days ARO. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. To request a copy of this solicitation, go to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 17 June 2008 with approximate response date as 17 July 2008. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Honeywell International, Inc and RSL Electronics. Authority of 6.302-1, Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
