- F1T0DA8128A001, AMPLIFIERS A. The following Questions and Answers are provided for F1T0DA8128A001, Amplifiers: 1. Question: What is the purpose of the 12 meter interconnect cable? Answer: The 12 meter length allows the J-PRIMES Test Facility to locate the amplifier to the large anechoic chamber or smaller EMI/EMC Lab. The cable allows remote control of the amplifier. 2. Question: Are you looking for an Amplifier with Input, or both Input and Output? Answer: The amplifier unit should have both input and output. 3. Question: Is the plan to have the Power supply/control drawer outside the test area/chamber? Then the RF unit inside the test area/chamber. Answer: YES 4. Question: If this is the correct planned integration, how long is the desired cable from the power supply unit to the requested bulkhead connector? Answer: As much as 12 meters. 5. Question: Then is the 12 meter length required for the inside connecting from the bulkhead to the RF unit? Or, is 12M the total length requested and if so at what length should the bulkhead be inserted. Answer: The majority of the 12 meters will outside to the bulkhead. The amplifier will inside the bulkhead. 6. Question: Does the amplifiers need to be in an enclosure with power supply? Answer: NO 7. Question: Also please define the I/P of the integrated I/P isolator. Answer: The I/P is a isolator for the input of the amplifier. B. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
