Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government currently occupies 576 USF of office space at 2801 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, Florida, under a lease that will expire on December 31, 2008. The GSA plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for a term of five years, 3 years firm, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs (estimated at $19,194.90). Alternate locations must also include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs as well as the cost to move data and telecommunication lines. Subleases will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the Lease. LOCATION:Space must be located within the following delineated area: North: 12th Street South: Novus Court East: Beneva Rd. West: Washington Blvd. REQUIRED:All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be five (5) years, three (3) years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than January 1, 2009. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest should include the following: (1) building address, floor(s) location, and legal description; (2) rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot; (3) BOMA method of measurement, usable yield for available space by floor, and building common area factor; and (4) 1/8” scale drawing of floor plate if available. Please specify services and utilities included. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by June 26, 2008. Owners and Exclusive Agents only.
