- Description: The Government intends to procure on an Other than Full and Open Competition basis with Hill & Kehne, LLC., 2300 Wisconsin Ave, NW, Ste 300, Washington, D.C. 20007-1869, for Advisory and Assistance Services to support Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA). Services include providing environmental insurance advice and assistance related to AFRPA real property asset management responsibilities or privatized cleanup projects. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
