Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to InMagic, loated in Woburn MA, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for GENIE Web Based Integrated Library System (ILS) in accordance with the Statement of Work. NAVOCEANO intends to award an, Definite-Delivery Contract. The Definite Quantity Contract will be structured to allow for the issuance of Firm Fixed-Price(FFP) Task Orders. The contract term is for 12 months with four one-year option periods. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NAICS Code 541511 and Business Size of $23M. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
