Description
NSN: 3130-01-383-7605, Bearing Unit, Ball. "Configuration Control Item," Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage 78286, DWG: 70400-01612 Rev E, P/N: 70400-01612-044. Approved Sources: AF Machine & Tool Inc (Cage 64406). Certificate of Quality Compliance", CDRL Requirements, Government First Article Testing and Production Lot Testing Required. Origin Inspection Required. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 127 DARO. This NSN is a Flight Safety and Navy Critical Safety Item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 312 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 78 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Deliveries will be to the DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. Surge Requirements are applicable. Surge plan detailing how schedule and surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 26 June 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/on the issue date cited in the RFP.
