- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Apache—Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) Timber Stand Improvements for projects not included under White Mountain Stewardship. Projects will be awarded district by district, under Task Orders issued for a base year and two option years. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to make multiple awards under a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) format. Pre-Proposal meeting(s) will be held for site visits and questions. Pre-Proposal meeting(s) and locations will be announced at later date. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the IDIQ-MAS format. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $16.5 Million for fuels management under NAICS code 115310. The Request For Proposals (RFP) package will be made available on or after June 25, 2008, and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Contractors shall be registered in Central Contractor Registration System (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) databases. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. You may request printed copy of the solicitation package by Fax to: (928) 333-5966, Attn: Margaret Cisco. The Deadline for receipt of Offers shall be July 29, 2008, 4:30 p.m. (MST).
