Description

The following questions have been asked and the answers are as follows: 1. Q: Do you have a phone number/line that is currently being utilized for the service requested. We need this information to determine if service is currently available at the location requested, or if a line will have to be installed. A: First, we currently do not have commercial internet here at JCSE. That is what I am trying to procure. So, therefore, I don't have a phone number associated with a service I don't have. 2. Q: Do you have a commercial phone number for any area within the building requiring the service. A: It will be going in our Network Control Center. A good phone number for that area is 813-828-0550. 3. Q: Industry may need to know if the vendor will need to provide its own equipment or if the router will be GFE (Government Furnished Equipment)... Also, when the vendor delivers the circuit to the AFB- is the vendor required to deliver the circuit to a certain telecom drop off building and the BaseComm folks run the rest to the requested building which is 8532 Marina Bay Drive, Mac Dill, AFB Or Will the telecom provider need to run it completely to requested address. A: No government provided equipment. The vendor will have to supply everything. The circuit will not go through the base comm squadron. It will go directly to JCSE, 8532 Marina Bay Drive, Bld 861.
